Supply status

# Check the evidence behind each connector before your plan relies on it.

We grade every connector on our own evidence ledger and name the step it is waiting on.

All 26 connectors run on labelled sample data in our sandbox, where the whole campaign workflow is tested end to end without spending money. Each one carries a grade from a 6-level evidence ledger that records what it has done with a real vendor, and no connector has yet run a paid campaign or reconciled a seller's report.

The evidence ladder

## Each connector sits on one of six evidence levels

Each grade records what a vendor has actually done with the connector. Written code and stored credentials do not raise a grade on their own: a test against simulated vendor responses shows that a connector was built, and that is a level of its own. Each level below says what it takes to reach it, how many connectors are on it and which ones. The top two levels are empty, and they can be filled only with a dated evidence record of a paid activation or a reconciled report.

1. Level 1 of 6
   0
   of 26 connectors
   Sandbox only
Fixed, labelled sample behaviour for planning. Everything it returns comes from the sandbox, and nothing from a vendor.
No connector sits here as a whole, which is why the count is zero. The level is reached inside connectors, on single operations with no live path at all: StackAdapt's inventory browse and Vibe's forecast both return sandbox data, on connectors whose other operations do not.
2. Level 2 of 6
   3
   of 26 connectors
   Stub
The connector models the vendor's shapes and drives the sandbox. Every live method fails closed before it makes a vendor call. Each stub is waiting on a contract, a seat or a published schema.
Vistar Media · Comcast Universal Ads · Adsquare
3. Level 3 of 6
   22
   of 26 connectors
   Client built
A live connection to the vendor is written and passes tests against simulated vendor responses. A vendor accepting a request, money moving and a report reconciled to an invoice are the three grades above it.
All 22 listed in the ledger below
4. Level 4 of 6
   1
   of 26 connectors
   Contract tested
A real vendor API accepted real calls from this client. Executing a buy is the grade above.
   Vibe
5. Level 5 of 6
   0
   of 26 connectors
   Spend tested
   Never reached
A controlled paid activation has run through this connector.
6. Level 6 of 6
   0
   of 26 connectors
   Report verified
   Never reached
A seller's report rows have been reconciled to its invoice through this connector.

0 + 3 + 22 + 1 + 0 + 0 = 26. Every connector sits at exactly one level, and the level is that connector’s own status in the product’s evidence record.

The ledger

## Every connector names the step it is waiting on

The connectors behind out-of-home, streaming TV and podcasts come first, and the rest of the ledger follows. Within each part, connectors are grouped by kind, because each kind waits on something different: a buying API on a contract and a capped test, a booking workflow on a sales house's first delivery statement, an audience source on a data licence, and a measurement source on a campaign with results in it.

Key Stub 3 Client built 22 Contract tested 1 P0, P1 and P2 are our own integration queue positions, not delivery dates.

### These connectors serve out-of-home, streaming TV and podcasts

Sixteen of the 26 connectors buy, target or measure the channels a plan runs on.

ChatGPT ads

ChatGPT ads has no connector in this ledger. OpenAI asks each advertiser to open and verify its own ChatGPT ads account and to invite whoever runs it, so your ChatGPT ads run in your own account, set up with you. AdBuyMCP has no OpenAI partner status.

Source: [OpenAI Help Center, Ads Manager account setup](https://help.openai.com/en/articles/20001213-ads-manager-account-setup), checked 20 October 2026. [How ChatGPT ads work in a plan](https://adbuymcp.com/channels/chatgpt-ads).

Buying APIs

7 of 26 · 1 stub · 5 client built · 1 contract tested · 0 spend tested

The seller publishes a buying API, and the connector calls it directly. Its grade says how far that connection has been tested with the seller.

Evidence grade and next step for each connector in this group: Buying APIs.

| Vendor | What it is | Channels | Evidence grade | What it is waiting on |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| StackAdapt P0 | Programmatic CTV, audio and DOOH through one GraphQL seat, which covers more channels than any other buying connector here. | [CTV & streaming](https://adbuymcp.com/channels/ctv-streaming) [Podcast & audio](https://adbuymcp.com/channels/podcast-audio) [DOOH](https://adbuymcp.com/channels/dooh) | Client built level 3 of 6 | Waiting on A contracted seat with its advertiser authority and native targeting mappings verified, then a contract test of upload, paused review, approved enable, emergency pause and daily delivery on that account, then a controlled paid activation reconciled to a StackAdapt invoice. Access StackAdapt publishes no inventory-browse API, and the client says so, so every catalogue shown in the sandbox is a sandbox catalogue. StackAdapt is graded Client built on the 6-level evidence ledger. |
| Perion (Hivestack) P0 | Programmatic DOOH. | [DOOH](https://adbuymcp.com/channels/dooh) | Client built level 3 of 6 | Waiting on Live activation requires hand-picked Hivestack unit ids: venue and postcode semantics have no verified vendor-id translation. Campaigns are staged stopped, and automatic enable waits on a verifiable cost readback, because gross CPM is write-only in the public contract. Live report pulls fail closed until Perion's asynchronous v2 reporting is implemented. A compiled DOOH persona cannot drive this rail end to end today. Access Perion issues the access and secret keys and the account ids through a commercial relationship. Perion (Hivestack) is graded Client built on the 6-level evidence ledger. |
| Vistar Media P0 | DOOH and cinema supply. Sandbox planning data only. | [DOOH](https://adbuymcp.com/channels/dooh) Cinema | Stub level 2 of 6 | Waiting on There is no live client: forecast, activate, pause, creative submission, reporting and inventory listing all throw before any request. Vistar publishes no stable normalised reporting schema, and creative submission needs an advertiser domain, IAB categories, publisher scope and OpenRTB markup the current shape cannot carry. Access An approved trafficking seat plus separate bidder approval, both granted by Vistar as a partner. Vistar Media is graded Stub on the 6-level evidence ledger. |
| Amazon Ads P0 | Amazon DSP sub-seat for CTV and audio, with refresh-token rotation held under a single-writer lock. | [CTV & streaming](https://adbuymcp.com/channels/ctv-streaming) [Podcast & audio](https://adbuymcp.com/channels/podcast-audio) | Client built level 3 of 6 | Waiting on The current DSP campaign, ad group and creative contract, implemented and contract-tested: the legacy order and line-item calls were removed, so activation, pause and creative submission fail closed before any write. Forecast and report pulls are client-built. After that, the credentialed partner contract suite, then a controlled test buy and a reconciled report. Access A DSP sub-seat, obtained through an authorised reseller. Amazon Ads is graded Client built on the 6-level evidence ledger. |
| Roku P0 | Roku CTV. Reporting only. | [CTV & streaming](https://adbuymcp.com/channels/ctv-streaming) | Client built level 3 of 6 | Waiting on Roku documents campaign and ad-group writes and creative operations as future functionality, so activation, pause, creative submission, forecast and audience sync all fail closed before any request. Report pulls are the only operation implemented. Access A self-service Ads Manager account: an organisation admin creates a developer app and each advertiser user authorises it. Roku is graded Client built on the 6-level evidence ledger. |
| Vibe P1 | Performance CTV in the United States. It is the only connector with any live vendor evidence. | [CTV & streaming](https://adbuymcp.com/channels/ctv-streaming) | Contract tested level 4 of 6 | Waiting on Contract-tested covers the header and the inventory read only: OAuth, advertiser discovery and a 549-unit catalogue read, on 13 August 2026. Activation, pause, resume, creative and reporting are all still client-built, forecast is sandbox, and no delivered report export has been observed. Its own gate: verify the stopped campaign and strategy readback and the human-approved publish and enable sequence on the authorised US account, then reconcile a controlled test buy and its asynchronous report. Access US inventory in USD only. The adapter refuses a non-USD budget outright, and this rail is deferred from the UK queue until that changes. Those 549 units are US units. Vibe is graded Contract tested on the 6-level evidence ledger. |
| Spotify P0 | Spotify Ads API for podcast and music audio. | [Podcast & audio](https://adbuymcp.com/channels/podcast-audio) | Client built level 3 of 6 | Waiting on A successful write. A live probe on 13 August 2026 established that the snake_case routes answer 400 or 403, which shows the routes exist; an accepted request is the step after that, then a controlled upload, review, enable, pause and report reconciliation. Access Needs an Ads-API-enabled app, API-terms registration and per-ad-account user OAuth, which reaches that one advertiser's account. Podcast targeting remains topic and genre based in closed-test campaign APIs. Spotify is graded Client built on the 6-level evidence ledger. |

Booking workflows

2 of 26 · 2 client built · 0 spend tested

The seller takes bookings through a sales house, so the connector prepares the booking paperwork and tracks the order. The sales house confirms the booking and reports the delivery.

Evidence grade and next step for each connector in this group: Booking workflows.

| Vendor | What it is | Channels | Evidence grade | What it is waiting on |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Global DAX P1 | Deal paperwork for Global's digital audio supply. | [Podcast & audio](https://adbuymcp.com/channels/podcast-audio) | Client built level 3 of 6 | Waiting on A completed booking with the sales house, acknowledged by an operator, then the first real delivery and spend reconciled. Global DAX is graded Client built on the 6-level evidence ledger. |
| Acast P1 | Podcast private-marketplace and named-show package paperwork. | [Podcast & audio](https://adbuymcp.com/channels/podcast-audio) | Client built level 3 of 6 | Waiting on A completed booking with the sales house, acknowledged by an operator, then the first real delivery and spend reconciled. Acast is graded Client built on the 6-level evidence ledger. |

Audience data

3 of 26 · 1 stub · 2 client built · 0 spend tested

Identity, classification and movement sources that would rank or address inventory. Each blocker names the licence or agreement that is missing, and what the product uses without it.

Evidence grade and next step for each connector in this group: Audience data.

| Vendor | What it is | Channels | Evidence grade | What it is waiting on |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| CACI P0 | Acorn classification of full UK postcodes, intended for ranking cinema and DOOH catchments. A client for CACI's postcode classification API is built. | Cinema [DOOH](https://adbuymcp.com/channels/dooh) | Client built level 3 of 6 | Waiting on A CACI data licence for the intended use, sole use of the CACI account's API user, verified supplier and privacy authority, and a credentialed contract test. The product holds no Acorn licence and no Acorn data: sandbox classifications are modelled, live persona-affinity scoring is unsupported, and cinema venue ids are built from postcode districts. CACI is graded Client built on the 6-level evidence ledger. |
| Adsquare P1 | Consent-attested movement data, intended for DOOH screen ranking and CTV audience building. | [DOOH](https://adbuymcp.com/channels/dooh) [CTV & streaming](https://adbuymcp.com/channels/ctv-streaming) | Stub level 2 of 6 | Waiting on An Adsquare account, both live operations implemented, and a contract test of consent-attested sync. The product holds no movement index: the DOOH compiler emits an empty screen-ranking list, and hand-picked inventory carries a constant over-index of 1.0. Adsquare is graded Stub on the 6-level evidence ledger. |
| European Unified ID P0 | A consent-chained identifier for addressing first-party lists without a cookie. A client for EUID identity mapping and opt-out checks is built. | [CTV & streaming](https://adbuymcp.com/channels/ctv-streaming) | Client built level 3 of 6 | Waiting on An EUID participation agreement, with consent provenance and advertiser mapping permissions verified and a credentialed contract test passed before any real identity is used. Delivering an EUID audience to a DSP needs a separate supported integration. Until then the CTV compiler emits an empty EUID audience list, so no compiled plan carries an EUID today. European Unified ID is graded Client built on the 6-level evidence ledger. |

Measurement

4 of 26 · 4 client built · 0 spend tested

Where the response to a campaign would be read from: your own site analytics, podcast attribution and survey-based brand-lift studies.

Evidence grade and next step for each connector in this group: Measurement.

| Vendor | What it is | Channels | Evidence grade | What it is waiting on |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Google Analytics 4 P0 | GA4 as an alternative brand-response source where that is what the advertiser already runs. | [CTV & streaming](https://adbuymcp.com/channels/ctv-streaming) [Podcast & audio](https://adbuymcp.com/channels/podcast-audio) Addressable & linear TV Cinema [DOOH](https://adbuymcp.com/channels/dooh) | Client built level 3 of 6 | Waiting on A credentialed Data API contract test, then known campaign-tagged events reconciled. Google Analytics 4 is graded Client built on the 6-level evidence ledger. |
| Cint P0 | Brand-lift studies on survey panels, for the fourth measurement verb. Clients for Cint's study templates, drafts, launches and aggregate results are built. | [CTV & streaming](https://adbuymcp.com/channels/ctv-streaming) [Podcast & audio](https://adbuymcp.com/channels/podcast-audio) Addressable & linear TV Cinema [DOOH](https://adbuymcp.com/channels/dooh) | Client built level 3 of 6 | Waiting on Cint account entitlement, signed commercial and processing terms, a scoped supplier quote, approved tracking, and credentialed acceptance of a draft, a launch and a results read. No live study has been commissioned, and the live report pull fails closed. Cint is graded Client built on the 6-level evidence ledger. |
| Podscribe P0 | Podcast attribution: pixel and promo-code response against audio delivery. | [Podcast & audio](https://adbuymcp.com/channels/podcast-audio) [CTV & streaming](https://adbuymcp.com/channels/ctv-streaming) | Client built level 3 of 6 | Waiting on A credentialed report contract test against an advertiser with delivered impressions and outcomes. Podscribe is graded Client built on the 6-level evidence ledger. |
| Plausible Analytics P0 | Your own site's analytics, read through your token, so brand response is measured on data you already own and can audit. | [All channels](https://adbuymcp.com/channels) | Client built level 3 of 6 | Waiting on A verified supplier dossier for an advertiser-owned site, known goal and revenue totals reconciled, and the first credentialed read documented, before the source counts as observed. Plausible Analytics is graded Client built on the 6-level evidence ledger. |

### These connectors serve channels an AdBuyMCP plan does not run on

They stay in the ledger with their grades because the product still registers them, and each row's channel labels show what it serves. No plan books ITV, Sky or Channel 4 while the Universal Ads connector is a stub.

Buying APIs

5 of 26 · 1 stub · 4 client built · 0 spend tested

Evidence grade and next step for each connector in this group: Buying APIs.

| Vendor | What it is | Channels | Evidence grade | What it is waiting on |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Google Ads P0 | Paid search, with buyer-applied keywords and negatives on a version-fenced draft. A person applies every provider suggestion by hand. | Paid search | Client built level 3 of 6 | Waiting on Approved developer-token access, then the design-partner canary, passed for this rail specifically: staged PAUSED, human-recorded creative decision, separately granted resume, capped canary, then spend reconciled to the Google account total. Access Initial canaries are clicks-only. Live conversion optimisation fails closed until an approved conversion definition is bound to an exact provider-owned goal, read back before staging and reverified at resume. Google Ads is graded Client built on the 6-level evidence ledger. |
| Microsoft Advertising P0 | Paid search on Bing, planned against the same neutral brief as Google. | Paid search | Client built level 3 of 6 | Waiting on Production developer-token access, then the same canary gate as Google Ads, cleared with Microsoft Advertising's own evidence, including its asynchronous report. Microsoft Advertising is graded Client built on the 6-level evidence ledger. |
| Meta Ads P0 | Paid social on Facebook and Instagram, staged PAUSED until a human approves the exact creative bytes. | Paid social | Client built level 3 of 6 | Waiting on Meta app review and advanced access, then the canary gate on its own, including an ad-account and Page identity check. A real account has to read back the exact creative feature map, with every automation opt-out unchanged, before anything is enabled. Meta Ads is graded Client built on the 6-level evidence ledger. |
| TikTok for Business P0 | Paid social on TikTok. AI-generated video carries a self-disclosure provenance declaration that must survive the provider readback. | Paid social | Client built level 3 of 6 | Waiting on Marketing API app approval and advertiser authorisation, then the canary gate, plus exact AI-generation provenance on every selected video. TikTok for Business is graded Client built on the 6-level evidence ledger. |
| Comcast Universal Ads P0 | A typed client stub for the Universal Ads Marketing API. | Addressable & linear TV | Stub level 2 of 6 | Waiting on Partner approval and a per-request RSA signing key, neither of which exists, so every live method fails closed. We do not buy ITV, Sky or Channel 4 inventory today. Access Developer registration is a form; the partner approval behind it is a commercial relationship, and we have not entered into one. Comcast Universal Ads is graded Stub on the 6-level evidence ledger. |

Booking workflows

4 of 26 · 4 client built · 0 spend tested

Evidence grade and next step for each connector in this group: Booking workflows.

| Vendor | What it is | Channels | Evidence grade | What it is waiting on |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Digital Cinema Media P0 | Generates the UK cinema booking brief with audience and genre packs, drives the clearance step, and holds the IO state machine. | Cinema | Client built level 3 of 6 | Waiting on A completed booking with the sales house, acknowledged by an operator, then the first real delivery and spend reconciled. AdBuyMCP compiles the brief and the paperwork; the sales house makes the booking and reports the delivery. In live mode a report pull throws, and a pause waits on sales-house acknowledgement. Digital Cinema Media is graded Client built on the 6-level evidence ledger. |
| Pearl & Dean P1 | The same booking automation for the cinema circuits DCM does not carry. | Cinema | Client built level 3 of 6 | Waiting on A completed booking with the sales house, acknowledged by an operator, then the first real delivery and spend reconciled. Pearl & Dean is graded Client built on the 6-level evidence ledger. |
| Sky Media P1 | Sky AdSmart addressable TV, booked as a generated brief on household attribute combinations. | Addressable & linear TV | Client built level 3 of 6 | Waiting on A completed booking with the sales house, acknowledged by an operator, then the first real delivery and spend reconciled. Sky Media is graded Client built on the 6-level evidence ledger. |
| ITV P1 | ITV Planet V booking paperwork. | Addressable & linear TV | Client built level 3 of 6 | Waiting on A completed booking with the sales house, acknowledged by an operator, then the first real delivery and spend reconciled. ITV is graded Client built on the 6-level evidence ledger. |

Audience data

1 of 26 · 1 client built · 0 spend tested

Evidence grade and next step for each connector in this group: Audience data.

| Vendor | What it is | Channels | Evidence grade | What it is waiting on |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Google Data Manager P0 | Uploads consented, hashed customer emails to a Display & Video 360 Customer Match list the advertiser already owns, tracks Google's processing receipt and handles removals. | No buying channel | Client built level 3 of 6 | Waiting on Customer Match eligibility and terms verified on the advertiser's own DV360 account, Data Manager permission and quota-project authority confirmed, then an accepted ingest, processing and removal under signed privacy and supplier agreements. The product records no credentialed Google request. Until then it returns modelled sandbox receipts, and no campaign targets the list: the connector has no buying channel of its own. Access Direct access to an advertiser-owned DV360 account; partner-owned lists are outside its scope. Customer Match on contact information serves only Google's own inventory, so this connector is no route to CTV or DOOH audiences. Google Data Manager is graded Client built on the 6-level evidence ledger. |

Live vendor evidence

One connector (Vibe, on 13 August 2026) has had read-only calls accepted by a live vendor API, and no other connector has any live vendor evidence. No connector has executed a buy.

- **Where the grades come from**: The product's own evidence record, read connector by connector, so this page shows the grade the product itself holds.
- **How a connector reaches the top grades**: By clearing every go-live step below, in order, ending with spend reconciled to the seller's invoice. Describing a connector differently cannot move it.

The go-live standard

## A connector clears these steps before we call it live

A connector clears these six steps in order, and each step leaves a record.

1. 01
   ### We hold the contract and probe the approved account
The supplier contract and the account's scope are in place, the credentials are saved encrypted, and a probe runs against that approved account. The accepted request and response shapes, permissions, currency, account identity and the way a repeated request is handled are recorded in a supplier record tied to that connection.
2. 02
   ### Everything is staged paused
The first activation creates the campaign, its ad groups and its ads paused, or in the seller's equivalent state, and records every id the seller returns in an exact list of what was staged. Everything stays paused until a separate grant resumes it.
3. 03
   ### A named person approves the exact creative
A named person records the seller's decision on the exact creative file, its fixed destination and the seller's reference. Approval records a decision; only the grant in the next step can start spend.
4. 04
   ### A separate grant switches it on
Resuming is a separately granted action. It first checks that what the seller holds still matches the staged list exactly, with nothing added, missing or swapped, and that the seller account is the one the credentials and the staged campaign belong to. A mismatch stops it before anything is written.
5. 05
   ### A capped test runs and a failure is rehearsed
A small test runs against a capped commitment, delivery is confirmed in the seller's own interface, the emergency pause is used, and both a clean outcome and an ambiguous one are reconciled. An ambiguous outcome goes to a person.
6. 06
   ### Spend is reconciled to the seller's invoice
A non-empty report is pulled from the seller with its own dimensions and currency intact, and spend is reconciled to the seller's invoice or account total, with the exact export uploaded by a named person. Only then can a connector move to spend-tested and report-verified.

The separately granted resume holds the sequence together. Approving the creative records a decision and cannot start spend on its own, and a campaign whose structure has changed since it was staged stops before anything is written.

## Founders ask these questions about the connectors

Each answer comes from the same evidence ledger as the rows above.

### Can I buy media through AdBuyMCP today?

You can price a plan today and join the waitlist, with no card. James is setting the first customers up one at a time, so he reads every entry and comes back to you, and media is bought only after your plan, your ads and your start date are confirmed with you. No connector has yet run a paid campaign: none has reached spend-tested or report-verified on our evidence ledger, so a campaign you start now would be among the first, on a start date agreed with you.

### What does client-built actually mean?

That a live connection to the vendor is written and passes tests against simulated vendor responses. Those tests show the connector was built. A vendor accepting a request, money moving and a report reconciled to an invoice are three separate grades above it. 22 of the 26 connectors sit at client-built, and none has reached either of the top two grades.

### Which connectors have had a real vendor accept a real call?

One. Vibe, on 13 August 2026: OAuth, advertiser discovery and a 549-unit catalogue read, all read-only and all US inventory. Its own next step is to verify the stopped campaign readback and the human-approved publish and enable sequence on the authorised US account, then reconcile a controlled test buy and its asynchronous report. Within that same connector, activation, pause, resume, creative and reporting are still client-built.

### Why are some connectors booking workflows rather than APIs?

Because some sellers take bookings through a sales house rather than a self-serve buying API. For podcasts, that means Acast's named-show and private-marketplace packages and deals on Global's DAX: the connector prepares the paperwork, and the sales house confirms each booking and reports the delivery. The other booking workflows in the ledger work the same way. No booking workflow has had a delivery reconciled yet.

### Does AdBuyMCP have a live Vistar connector?

No. Vistar's connector is a stub: forecast, activation, pause, creative submission, reporting and inventory listing all stop before any request reaches Vistar, so it plans with sandbox data only. It is waiting on an approved trafficking seat and a separate bidder approval, both of which Vistar grants to partners.

### Do you buy ITV, Sky or Channel 4?

No. The Universal Ads connector, which would cover that inventory through one partnership, is a stub: every live method stops before it calls Universal Ads, and it is waiting on partner approval and a per-request signing key, neither of which exists. Sky AdSmart and ITV Planet V are booking workflows in the ledger: the connector prepares the brief and the sales house makes the booking, and no delivery has been reconciled through either.

### What happens if a supplier's authority expires mid-campaign?

Spend stops. An expired or blocked supplier record raises a spend lock before any scheduled work runs, sends one emergency pause tied to that incident, and refuses to retry an ambiguous response. Only a named person's reconciliation clears it, and verifying again then revoking again opens a new incident.
